Put them in a bag and let them steam for a minute until cool enough to handle. The skin comes off easily and then tear them into strips and put them in the jars with whole cloves of garlic and coriander seeds, top off with olive oil and close tightly. I put the cutest labels on them and gave them out as gifts. They're quite delicious in salads and on sandwiches and were quite a hit!OMG that sounds so yummy.
