I liked Vlad she had the whole vampire thing going for her. Also she kicked Kai's butt a bit she was a scary lady to mess with. Plus she did killed Xev. But On lvls of evil Prince, Mantrid, Giggerota the Wicked, and His Divine Shadow in that order. Prince and Mantrid having a two way tie for first place.

I had to go with His Divine Shadow, because of the classic deep menacing voice and hooded outfit thing. Plus being a key element of the universe the story started off in.
Second though would have the be a tie between Mantrid, Gigerrata and Prince. Though perhaps Mantrid earns some bonus points for destroying a universe. ;p
Yeah I'd like to be his divine shadow for Halloween I am to short lol. HDS and Darth Vader have a similar thing going on for themselves.
