Can I upload as an avatar something from my photobucket? Or does it have to be in my harddrive? and if it can be done from photobucket what's the thingie I have to copy and paste?

Avatars cannot be remotely linked, they have to be uploaded from your hard drive. Delete your old avatar first, then upload a new one from your hard drive.
