Who cried watching the last Lexx.

Just finished watching the last lexx again after watching the whole series for the thrird time, and sure enough when Kai starts singing "Yo Way Yo" for the final time I just start gushing. I'm a blokie .... geordie word for (man) but not scared to show my emotions, well even if I was I've got no control over them for the final lexx. Started from the beginning again and know once again in few months to come I'll be gushing all over again.

I had tears in my eyes watching the last ep on the sci fi station 4 years ago. The realization, that this was the last of lexx forever. The irony of Kai becoming alive only to die again, his ironic laugh at the end, Xev and Kai singing Yo way Yo, their kiss... and the death of Lexx, all of it brought tears to my eyes. I've only seen the ep one time since then, and I will soon see it again when I cap it.

Every bloody time - and the first time I saw it (when I didn't know it was the end or what was going to happen) I sobbed my heart out - & went into a depression for weeks

I cried, too... Surprisingly though, it was the big bug's death, not Kai's, that made me cry... There was something terribly sad and touching about how good old Lexx just -- passed away...

It kind of felt like watching a pet die.

Like a baby........
The most touching scene for me was the goodbye scene....oh yeah....the actors too had to gulp a few times when they shot it....you can see it in MM´s eyes....they´re strangely wet.....
When the asteroid explodes and shrunk into this size-of-a-pie light....I knew that it was over...and that made me really cry.....good bye last of the BrunnenG...goodbye Lexx.....

oh yes I shed my tears but there was a sense of completion about the last episode. Kai singing YO WAY YO made me gulp and sing along with him, his last breath..he died the way he wanted, a hero. It was sorta like sad but a finale he was looking for..but I thought to myself when I watched Xev..she sure did get over his death kinda quick didn't she? For someone who professed to love the dead man so much..she didn't mourn for long..

Oh I wailed like a baby, to the point where my other half, the Grand Wazoo, became quite alarmed. I am grateful at least that Kai had a 'good' death completing what he had set out to do, and he had some dignity and feeling before he finally departed this mortal coil.

I think when you look at the responses to this post you can see what Lexx meant to everyone and how important it was in their lives. I know some people would say I was sad to have felt the way I did about a TV programme ending, but what they seem to forget is that when you watch a show for years and years, the characters, actors, storys and everything else involved with the show becomes a part of your life, and when it ends as it did you are truly affected by it's loss.
I bet if everyone listed how Lexx affected their lives (good or bad) I think it would become more apparent to the non Lexxicans out there what Lexx meant to us.

I cried the first time I saw it, and I have cried every single time since. I tend to begin at the start of Lexx and watch all the way through over a series of many nights (usually takes me about a month to get through the whole thing) so it refreshes everything; by the time it gets to the end, I'm bawling.

After discovering the Lexx many years ago I just now finally got to see the final episode. Like most of the people on here I too cried many times throughout the whole episode. It was such an awesome show and was so sad to see it end.
