I know there is a thread on it but must share one recipe since you guys have read it some. I feel terrible its up but maybe angel will let me have this one at list lol.

Mexican meatballs with some minor changes and it becomes my mom's version of hamburger patties she learned from my grandma. Both of them meatballs and patties she doesn't use bread crumbs. She use rice in its place and if you are not a fan of cilantro you may use parsley in it's place I am sure. I haven't trided it that way yet lol.

Mexican meatballs

1 pound of ground beef or more if need if you have many people coming.

1 cup of rice adjust it as need it to all this ingredients.

fresh 2-3 large mint leaves.

salt n pepper to teast

1 TSP maybe 2 TSP of mustrad

a pinch of italian seasoning

half of an onion if it's large one or a whole small one finely chopped

one, two, maybe 3 lol cloves of garlic I like my garlic

you can use powder to teast but i dont fresh in this case is the best trust me.

a few hard bowled eggs chopped add them last as you mix so they won't break to much

you can use a spoon to scope up the meat then roll them to make them the same size. or eyeball them to the size of a ping pong ball. we boil ours my mom gets a can of tomato sauce in a pan lets it come to a boil. She adds a pinch of salt you can use a bit of tomato past and a little bit of water. you can add some chipotle for the smocky teast don't add to much its very strong bring it down to a simmer then add the meatballs in let it cook on low for 2 hrs or till its cooked all the way. you can serve them with steamed white rice and meat ball on top. the juice is really good its like a soup lol.

for the hamburger

a pound of ground beef or ajust to how many you want just double the ingrediants
a table spoon of mustard
garlic 2-4 cloves depandes on size
half an onion
we like a pinch of cilantro
2 eggs
a quarter cup of oathmeal original flavor
salt and pepper to teast
mix till its even then make in to patties cook to teast and enjoy.

yes so i think i got them ok lol if you got questions i'll clear it up better ^^

Ok I really like this channel I think she is amazing :D. She keeps it simple and cooking all kinds of stuff. I have done her salads and a pasta salad. I used her chicken with taco seasoning it's really yummy. I normally have half the stuff at hand. So I have to improvises at times other time do with the ingredients I have. Still comes out really good. So you want simple and good healthy. But also have moments tl splurge lol check her out. Her desserts can be very reach but they look to die for! Also as a special occasion treat, party or gatherings, or treat to fix a craving for sweet's lol it will do the trick. So check her out try some of her stuff. Share what you tried and if you have a YouTube account. Show her some love and subscribe :D. Ugh the link keeps sending you guys to my pg. So you can do search bar and type Laura in the kitchen. I will figure out how to do the link later. Sorry about that guys...but things happens lol.

"Laura in the Kitchen is an online cooking show hosted by Laura Vitale, founded January 2010. The show teaches everyone that they can cook! The Italian-born host, demonstrates that with a few simple ingredients and the right technique, you can have a restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of your own kitchen." from her Facebook page. Idk know how to explain it. She isn't on the food network she should be I found her when I was surfing YouTube. I wanted ideas for party foods. The name of her YouTube show is Laura in the kitchen. Also has a website called laurainthekitchen.com she is a hidden jem. I hope I understood your question. I hope I answered it accordingly. Yes the meat balls are amazing try them.

This doesn't count as cooking but drink mixers should count hahaha. i have made this when i host small movie nights with 5-10 adults. Once a month or when everyone is able to set a day. But when i have the green light i buy one large bottle of something on sale lol. Last me for at list three more gatherings :D. Then beer or some kind of hard apple ciders for fillers. Lots of food potluck event with water :).

I really loved this adult chocolate milk also the name made it fun.

Mad cow from hell one serving

2 - 3 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 glass milk
3 - 5 squirts chocolate syrup
Mix all ingredients until no chocolate residue is left on bottom of glass. I didn't have chocolate syrup but the powder worked out great very good.

the Moscow mule I didn't use vodka I didn't have vodka. I had a large bottle of Bacardi gold rum so i used that in it's place. It was heavenly good refreshing turned into a slow creeper you cannot taste the rum. Masked pretty well with lime and ginger crispness.

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Total Time: 3 minutes

Yield: 1 Cocktail

Ingredients:
•2 ounces vodka
•1 ounce lime juice
•Ginger beer
•Lime wedge for garnish

Preparation:

1.Pour the vodka and lime juice into a highball glass with ice cubes.
2.Top off with the ginger beer.
3.Garnish with the lime wedge.

Vodka and juice the ones people like classics like cosmopolitans, screwdrivers, my favorite minute maid lemon aid :D with ice amazing. Grape and vodka is also supper good creeper! Watch out you will not taste it at all an some people keep adding more and more then bam goes to your head.

angry orchard hard apple cider and Redds are good. But there is a mead that's fermented honey wine goodness! Sweet and can be over powering at first but it's an experience :D. But I have switched to ciders I love the fresh crispness and a small cup of mead. This is what I have for this moment random but if you guys try them out let me know. What you guys think of mad cow from hell and my version of Moscow mule.
