Hello everyone. I'm a brand new Lexx fan. I can't believe I had never even heard of the show until about 3 weeks ago. I was poking around in Netflix looking for something new to watch and Netflix suggested Lexx. It looked quirky and weird which thankfully goes well with my twisted sense of humor.
I was hooked right from the start and I watched every episode in about a week! I have been trying to get my friends to watch the show so I could have someone to talk to about it but sadly they aren't as "peculiar" as I am and opted to pass. I found this forum and I'm hoping that you folks will tolerate my questions and ramblings (and gushing over the oh-so-handsome Michael McManus).

Greetings!
I can definitely empathize with you. No one I know 'gets' it, you know? But! Luckily this place exists for us poor stray Lexx fans. Everyone here is really nice, and all the 'Lexxperts' really know their stuff and are good about answering questions.

Welcome to the Lexxverse. Don't worry you will fit right in, we're oh so normal in here. It's the people outside of the Lexxverse that are strange.

Hi Denari, welcome to Lexxverse. That's a big reason I like the show too, it's quirky and has a dark sense of humour.

Denari,
Welcome, welcome, a thousand times welcome! You're going to love it here!
Please ask any and all questions you have, and join our discussions. There are so many wonderful things on this site, it takes weeks to see all of it.
I've actually just posted a new forum topic about planning a big 50th birthday party for Mr. McManus in April. Let me know if you might be interested.
We look forward to talking with you again soon!
Your friendly resident baby cluster lizard,
Squish

What's your favorite of Kai's outfits?

Ok, I know how cliche this is going to be, so please forgive me.
My favorite outfit of Kai's is the codpiece with his power rods sticking out of it. No clothes at all, just some plastic between Mr. Happy and the open air.
*drooooooooooooooooooool*
Squishy *cough* I mean Squish

I'm slowly working my way through parts of the forum. I'll hop in with some questions soon.
Kai's outfits - Kai/MM looked fabulous in every article of clothing, or lack thereof, in the whole series. I think my favorite is the brightly colored Brunnen G outfit. I did not like it at first but it really grew on me. The details were amazing. My next favorite is the "little blue dress" in Gondola closely followed by the t-shirt and snug-fitting, soft, cotton shorts of "live" Kai in Fluff Daddy. Those little babies left little to the imagination. *winks* The everyday assassin outfit comes next. The codpiece has to be at the bottom of my list. While I greatly appreciated the rest of the "outfit" *coughs*, the codpiece made me cry. Learning that certain "parts" were no longer there popped my dream bubble. *sniffles*
A birthday party hrmmm. Will the guest of honor be there?

Denari,
I have no clue if the guest of honor would have either the desire or the availability to come to this party I'm hoping to create. But even if he's not there, it would be a great way for the rest of us to meet and have fun with each other.
Everyone, please give me your input on my idea. I don't want to plan this event and then be the only one there....

Epic stamina! This puts my glacial "Rewatch" thread to shame.

You've given Czehoski a new resolve! lol
Hmm... maybe we should make a thread just to ask everyone what their fav outfit in the series is... unless that's already been done. Probably has.

Yep. In one week LOL! I watched via Netflix streaming, not dvds, so I could watch back-to-back for as long as I wanted. I have started re-watching the series, paying more attention to details that I missed the first time around. I'm halfway through season 4 already and I will probably watch a couple more episodes before I head to bed tonight.

I can feel with Denari... I watched the whole series in a week as well... I got my DVD-Package on MOndays and on Friday night, past midnight I saw the final two episodes ....*and that messed me up for the rest of the weekend ... as you already know from my "final episode" topic*
