Beautiful sunset, it looks like a fish diving out of the water.

craziest festival
Where it's held: Bunol, near the Spanish city of Valencia
What happens: One hundred tons of over-ripe tomatoes are tossed into the streets, where tens of thousands of revellers quickly reduce them to pulp, leap around and generally enjoy being drenched in reddish, tomato-flavoured mush. Ever wondered what ketchup would be like if it consisted of 60% human sweat? Time to find out.
Why it happens: Nobody's entirely sure, but a food fight of some sort back in the 1940s is thought to have been such fun that it turned into an annual tradition.
Best reason to attend: Nothing unites people like an essentially meaningless large-scale food fight; you'll get to mingle with many folks from dozens of countries and see the humble tomato in a whole new light.

LOL! It looks like a lot of messy fun! Reminds me of when Michael McManus was having tomatoes thrown back at him in Fluffdaddy.

Yeah that's exactly what went through my mind but in reverse. Meaning I thought of the Spanish Tomato festival.

Actually she has eight eyes. Much better to have a few spiders in the garden then having to use nasty chemicals to kills flies and other nasty critters.

As long as they stay OUTSIDE. Although I was a little creep ed out last winter when a big spider made a cozy cone shaped web in a corner next to front door. He would pop up out of the entrance to his web/lair to check out anyone approaching my door. Since I have only 1 entrance to my place, it was creepy to have the little devil watch me every time I left or came home. I looked him up in the internet and found out he was a grass spider and not a hunting spider like I had thought because of the way he would come out an looke at anyone approaching the door. All my concern came to nothing because he moved on this spring.

Because I study spiders. I also have quite a few videos and books on spiders too.

You can't see them from that photo but she has four little eyes, two each side of her head.

Want know something else, the male spider poor sod, is smaller then the female and with some spiders after he's mated with her, she's eat him or she may even eat before they've mated. So I feel sorry for the male spiders.

Bit like the praying mantis when he's mating, the female bites his head off, but it ok as he has a brain in arse. A bit like some humans then, lol.

Oh yes I do like lizards too.

I like most animals infact. I know quite a few things about different animals as I was force fed animal programs by my dad when I was younger, lol.

I was going to have a pet lizard or snake once but when I found out I had to fed them dead baby chickens and dead mice as pet shops don't sell them live, I went off the idea and in the end brought a Chilean Rose Tarantula which sadly died a year and half after I had it:( I only had to fed them live grasshoppers which I don't have a fondness for. When the odd moth came through window I catch them to give it. You also could feed them maggots but hell if I'm going pick one of them up, they disgust me. So it just got grasshoppers once a week.

Now I just have two cats and five mice. And a zebra spider living in my outside toilet.
