I loved this series! Rimmer & Lister were like the 25th century odd couple.:P So who's your favorite,  Hilly or Holly?

I never did really focus that much on the girls in the series. I loved Rimmer tho, I thought he was a scream and i loved it when they had 2 of the guest stars on Lexx..that was hysterical, and then one got the Bad Carrot..!

One of the main attractions in this series, to me, was always the Cat - "Hey, you monkeys eat off the floor?" is one of the most priceless lines I think I've ever heard. I feed my cat on the counter, simply so "Stocky the Wonder Dog" doesn't steal her food. Anyway, the Cat was always my fave - just because he was such a cat!

And Norm, as Holly has always been one of my favorite comedians - I remember the first time I ever saw him was in the "bank robbery" episode of "the Young Ones".

You're right about the cat! He's one of my favorite characters too. I remember the scene when (don't remember the episode name) where they have to evacuate the red dwarf and move into one of the star bugs. Everyone was allowed to bring 1 personal item. Rimmer brough a box of toy soldiers his father had given him, Lister brought his guitar, and Cat brough an entire rack of clothes because he couldn't decide which was his favorite outfit!:lach::beerchug:

Me too, I really loved this series and have all of them on video, plus the two Smeg out vids.   I really love the sad git that is Rimmer.  And well also Lister, the space slob.  I don't know why but I've never been keen on the cat, although Danny John Dules plays him excellantly, just like a cat would be if they talk and were in humanoid form.

One of my favorite episodes of that was the one with the Polymorph.  Where Lister put on a pair of red underpants on and they shrunk, because the Polymorph and Kyton had his vacum attacment to his groinal socket on and was leaning over Lister trying get his Morph pants off and in walks Rimmer and says, "Lister you'll have sex with anything."  Or something like that he, I've not watched it for a while now.

If I had the spare cash, I'd get them all on DVD.

Oh yeah like that one.  It's funny the cat thought he'd get a female version of him self but instead it was dog, lol.

Cat says your toothpaste do you brush with, running dog meat flavour, lol

The last season of Lexx had quite a few actors from Red Dwarf in, was that because Lex Gigeroff, Paul Donovan and Jeffrey Hirschfield were fans of the show or just a wacky coincidence :c030a:

It was nice to see the actors 'cross over'. It was especailly fun since neither series should be taken too seriously :P

I just read on the BBC website that a special two part episode entitled 'Back to Earth' is going be showing on Good Friday on the Dave Channel.

It will be good to see them all again.

So two things I'm looking forward to watching, this and Dr Who.

I got it wrong it's not a two parter but infact a three parter.

I watched it last night. Not as good as it used to be but it did have a few laughs.

Part two on tonight but I'll be out, so not only will I miss that but also Dr Who:(

I wish they'd show it over here. Years ago they showed Red Dwarf briefly on public television, but nothing since then.
