Last night's episode was all about flashbacks of the last 4 months, in other words what led them all to the point they were now.  We found out how Peter lost his memory, how he met Adam and how they escaped from the company.  We also learned that Nikki's husband survived the gunshot from the end of season one and they along with their son Micah were living happily for awhile until Nikki developed another personality, Gina.  Gina split to Los Angeles where her husband found her to bring her home to their family, only the guy she was hanging with ends up shooting him and this time he dies.  It's leading up to more the show is promoting in the next 3 episodes which look really good, so stay tuned.

I saw that coming a mile that DL was going be shot by that bloke in nightclub.

I hope we get to see who's idea it was to bring Syler back to live. Heroes is sort like Lost in that nothing appears to be what we first see and I don't think we've seen the last of DL or Hiro's dad. Red herrings, lots of red herrings.

Some twists and turns in tonights episode.  Hiro goes back in time to save his Father, but his Father doesn't want to be saved, and Hiro realizes he must let him go.  So he brings his father back to the scene of his death just before it happens, and he stops time just as his father and his father's killer go over the balcony and we discover it was Adam (Kensei) who killed him.

Claire is abducted by Bob and Bob's daughter Elle and Suresh are sent to kill her Father, but he has other plans.  He and Claire's boyfriend manage to knock out Elle and hold her hostage in exchange for Claire.  At the exchange, Claire's boyfriend flies her away, but Elle zaps them and they fall to the ground and just as that happens Claire's father is about to kill Bob, but Suresh gets out his gun and shoots him.  And the very last scene is someone giving their blood to Claire's Father to bring him back to life, I think it was Adam.  No Sylar in this episode, but maybe next week.

As for Syler and Elle get togother somehow as I've seen behind the scene photo's but don't know in what aspect they are getting together.

This weeks episode is WOW. Syler is such an evil shit. I think I was wrong that Syler powers might of been taken by Adam, I don't think so now.

Adam is a right nasty piece of works as well. Poor Claire.

Can't wait for the last one Powerless next and end of Volume 2.

I just found this on someone's blog. It's about the next volume of Heroes, called Villans.

http://video.accesshollywood.com/player/?id=251079#videoid=251079

I some how knew that Nathan was not dead as he was given Adam's blood to recover from the radioactive burns. So that's no secret.

Interview from comicbookresources.com

"Heroes" - On Set With Sylar

Is it possible that one of television’s most sinister villains is going soft? You would think so from listening to Zachary Quinto -- who plays the evil Sylar on NBC’s “Heroes” -- talk about what fans can expect from his character in the forthcoming season, entitled “Villains,” which begins September 22nd.

“There’s a softer side to my character in this episode,” said Quinto.

The episode to which the actor is referring is the fourth of the popular show’s third season, and will feature another glimpse into a possible future for the expansive cast of characters.

CBR News recently visited the set of the hit show and spoke to Quinto about his character, the series, and a few interesting surprises that fans can look for.

“This is an alternative sort of reality,” explained Quinto of the episode he was shooting. “As our show does and has done in the past, you catch glimpses of time that may or may not actually come to fruition but are possibilities. Episode nineteen of Season One was called ‘Five Years Gone,’ and that whole episode was based on that premise. This episode has elements of that and my character is involved in those elements.”

Quinto, who was dressed very “un-Sylar,” wearing Khakis and a button-down shirt, had his hands covered in paint for the scene. “There is a little bit of painting that happens in this scene as well,” he said. “Because I am put in a position to prove something to myself in this scene and I employ my old stand-by ‘paint the future’ power in order to do that.”

In this episode’s glimpse at a possible future, our favorite villain is living a pretty normal life. Quinto explained, “What was the Bennet house is now inexplicably my house.” He also went on to drop this bombshell, “My son’s name is Noah. Isn’t that interesting?” That’s right -- Sylar has a son in the future and he named him Noah!”

Quinto would not say who his son’s mother is, but when asked if the spawn of Sylar inherited any of his father’s powers, he did have something to share. “My son actually is a gifted child. He’s very subdue and cool both as an actor and a character.”

Although Sylar may be different in the future, it sounds like fans can expect “present day” Sylar to be up to his old tricks. “There’s no softer side there,” joked the actor. “The great thing about my character this year is that he’s all over the map. In terms of his internal conflicts, the orders that he is given by certain people that have power over him this season and the situations that puts him in, it really forces him to employ a kind of restraint that you haven’t seen him necessarily need to employ before.”

Of the new season, “Villains,” Quinto said, “It’s the most fun I’ve had on the show so far. That’s hard to say actually because the first season was amazing and last year was really exciting too, but it feels like it’s emerging unto itself.”

“Heroes” employs a hectic shooting schedule that involves filming scenes from several episodes at the same time. “Right now I’m doing [episodes] two, four, eight and nine,” stated Quinto. When asked if shooting simultaneous episodes of a show known for jumping around its timeline is difficult, the actor was hopeful. “So far so good, but we’ll see.”

Finally, Quinto shared his feelings on returning to the show after last year’s writers strike cut the second season short. “I think that the time we had away from the show really made all of us that much more grateful to come back and that much more excited,” he said. “It’s been so long since we’ve been on the air. All of us are just really a hundred percent committed to what we’re making this year. The response that we got at Comic-Con was so exciting and so enthusiastic that we’re really excited to carry that into the rest of the season with us.”

“Heroes Volume Three: Villains” will begin attacking viewers September 22 on NBC.

Well the good old bbc are showing The second coming and maybe The Butterfly Effect on the 1st of October and I could not wait until then, so I've seen last night's two episode. Well I already knew about some it anyway.

Ages ago before they'd even made season two I posted on some Heroes board about Syler not eating the brains and that he must some how absorb the powers with his hands and I got laughed at sort of.

Does anyone think Suresh might be turning into the Fly! That scene just reminded of the movie the fly.

I've already read some people are complaining about that there are to many story lines been thrown at them in the two episdoes. Hell some people complained that the last season was too slow.

Well me thinks it's great stuff. Can't wait to see next's weeks episode, One of Us, One of Them.

I'm off to play with me Syler doll now, that some very kind lexx friend gave me.

The episode was really jumping all over the place with alot of new characters too. I guess that was their way to introduce the villians and start a new plot about some formula. The huge surprise is at who Sylar's mother really is. So is she, or is she lying to him? Hrmm....not sure what her motives are exactly. They've also gotten alot more graphic this season, and what's with Nikki as this new person and she can freeze people? That came out of nowhere. I'm glad to see that Hiro hasn't changed, at least that was some familiarity. Anyways the season has started out with a blast and I can't wait to see what happens next!

You think Hiro not change. Your in for a surprise then.

I think Peter and Syler are half brothers. They have the same ability to absorb other people's powers remember. Oh there's so much I could say but I don't wish to spoil it for you or anybody else.

And you wait to you see who Syler get's to term up with. It's all cool stuff.

The Nikki woman is interest but I can't say anything about her yet.

I'm thinking again whether Suresh but in fact be turning into snake and not a fly.

I tell this make-up is really good but very gross at the same time.

I was shocked a bit that Sylar's *mom* just gave him a victim to *feed* him.  She's turned into something evil herself.  She didn't seem to disturbed at what he had done to her grand daughter.  He's got so many powers now I wonder if there'll ever be a way to stop him.  A bit more into Tracy Strauss's past, so she's Nicki's twin, maybe she'll end up being a substitute Mom for Micah.  Glad to see the real Peter is back...and the saga continues...there's so many story lines that I hope it will all mesh together better in the future.
