According to what a guy wrote on the BB forums, you're supposed to take the URL of the youtube video, copy it, and then come to a post and click on what sort of looks like a red f on the tool bar, it'll say 'insert a flash object' when you run your mouse over it. Click on that and it brings up a prompt box that you paste the URL into and supposedly that's all you need to do. I tried doing it for some lexx videos, but couldn't get it to work the way the guy described. So I tried the video he had put up and it worked. I don't understand why it would work for that one but not the lexx ones.

Veyron and Aeonflux, I got google video to work the same way as youtube. Funny thing is I can't get the lexx stuff to work from youtube, hrmm...maybe give it a few more test flys.

Notice I highlighted in red the part of the embedded URL that you need in order for it to work in a thread, for youtube, you must have the part that says shockwave-flash as part of the code, the rest of the embed code you don't need, so only take this part of it. The go to a post and on the tool bar click on th red f, it will say 'insert a flash object when you run your mouse over it, it brings up a prompt box that you paste the paste the URL into, like above, only use the part I high-lighted in red.
Now for google, it is pretty much the same, here is a google embed tag, and the way you find that on a google video is next to the video is a blue box that says: email - blog - post to myspace, you click on that blue box, then click on EMBED HTML, then it brings up a code that will look like this on google:
You only need to highlight and copy the part I've highlighted in red, it must include the .swf part with it. Then do the same thing as listed above, go to the red f on the tool bar in a post and paste the URL and voila, you have the video!
I knew I was smart!
Go ahead and practice!
